Shipping Orders placed before 6pm (PST) are normally shipped next business day. Orders placed after 6pm (PST) are normally shipped on the 2nd business day. In the rare occurrence that we are unable to ship your order within 3 business days, you will be notified of wait time, and issued a refund if unacceptable.
All of our products are normally in stock, or readily available for shipping from our suppliers.
We reserve the right to drop-ship any order/partial order at our expense.
Please review the following shipping schedules & limitations, such as "no weekend delivery":
Standard (USPS or UPS Ground) 1-2 days processing, then 3-5 days in transit. (No weekend delivery for UPS, but USPS does deliver on Saturdays)
Returns
Arrangements for any returns must be made within 14 days of item reception.
All product returns must be unused and in original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is found to be unsellable.

Once the item has been received, we will issue a refund.
5% plus shipping will not be refunded on returned orders, unless we are at fault.
